As Development Manager, Rashad T. Bailey works to ensure fundraising activities are seamless and successful.
 
Originally from Washington, DC, Rashad has years of expertise raising capital, developing partnerships & impact strategies and structuring development operations for organizations such as Asia Society, The New Press, PlayCo and The Drama League. 
 
In addition, he has worked to amplify impactful film projects such as the documentaries, My Name is Pauli Murray, La ENA and BEBA.
