Mimi Raygorodetsky
Secretary
Mimi Raygorodetsky has spent the last 20 years cleaning brownfields as part of land development in New York City. She is currently a co-leader of Langan’s environmental practice in New York and serves as the environmental lead for the firm’s Denver office, servicing her home state of Colorado. She sources and directs complex environmental remediation and redevelopment projects from early stages of pre-development diligence, through the remediation/construction phase, to long-term operation and monitoring of remedial systems and engineering controls. Her projects have helped define the New York City skyline, including the IAC Building, Greenpoint Landing, 420 Kent Avenue, and Willets Point.
Ms. Raygorodetsky is a member of Langan’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and chair of Women@Langan, a firm-wide resource group for women to develop a community, mentor and support colleagues, and form an internal and external professional network. She also holds leadership positions in top industry organizations, including Board Member and Committee Chair of New York Women Executives in Real Estate, Council Member of New York Building Congress’ Council of Industry Women, and Emeritus Board Member of the New York City Brownfield Partnership.
