John M. Dionisio

John is the Managing Director for Corporate Development at Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc.   John has nearly two decades of sustainable development experience having developed and invested in both civil and social infrastructure projects and companies in Europe, Africa, and the Americas. As the MD of Corporate Development, John’s principal role focuses on corporate and strategic development initiatives including supporting organic and M&A growth plans and strategic planning initiatives. John also spearheads GISI’s approach to technology-based innovation investments as well as ESG strategies. In addition, John is an active angel investor in construction and infrastructure early-stage technologies and advises numerous entrepreneurs on growth and impact initiatives.

Prior to joining GISI, John was a founding member and partner of Meridiam SAS, a Paris headquartered investor and asset manager specializing in sustainable development, public-private partnerships, and energy transition projects.  While at Meridiam, John was involved in the development of important civil infrastructure including LaGuardia Airport Terminal B.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
